That is a bit of an odd looking bald spot! It could be a callus? or has she scraped herself doing some goofy Rottweiler moves?? or it could be a spot of mange? I would keep an eye on it, and if it does not heal get the vet to look at it. I keep a bottle of Vetericyn handy and spray an area that I want to heal on my dog. It's available from Amazon and some vets sell it. Vetericyn Plus® Antimicrobial All Animal Wound and Skin Care - Vetericyn Animal Wellness
