Hello a friend of mine recently got a rottweiler pup from a breeder.. That was bottle fed because mother was not producing milk.. Do pups develop normally?
I know growth will be slower.. But at adulthood should they be normal height and weight?

I would think the pup should grow to normal height and weight. Often the dams don't produce enough milk in a large litter and need to be supplemented with bottle feeding. Did the pup get to nurse at all? and get some colostrum?

She got a couple days if I'm not mistaken then the breeder bought puppy colustrum supplements and bottle fed them for 3-4 weeks until weaning

Then pup should do fine and grow up just like a normal pup. :)

So far she seems to be eating well and gaining slowly so that's a good sign.. Will keep you updated.. Thanks
