BSL in AL

Hi i am involved heavily with fighting BSl ..if you know who to contact so we can start petitioning in Lanett Alabama and Chambers County please let me know. We can send a member of this organization to hear what is said and to defend our breed and to offer other solutions such as zero tolerance and implimenting existing laws aimed at the person or persons involved with criminal actions and intent with the pitbull terrier. We have to have the specifics as to when they will try to pass this law by vote or just by sneaking it in under another legislative bill.
