Hey guys! I was just wondering if anyone here has heard or had experience with the breeder Joan Foote. (Thunder Valley Rottweilers) ANY info is appreciated, good OR bad! Thanks! Also, any of you know of a reputable breeder in or near Arizona?

I just PMd you back with a little more info. Thanks for your reply! Yeah, she breeds alot of dogs. I'm looking for just a pet, maybe some Obed. And yeah, I'd like to know of some more breeders, especiallynearer to me, I'm in AZ. Just somewhere I could more easily travel to. That was my biggest worry anyway, was that I couldn't meet them in person! But if you know of someone you think is really good, further away, that's fine too. I just need some help finding someone really reputable, (since as you can see, I haven't been the best at finding that so far).

Janna does not know me.The puppy we have here Stephanie purchased from a breeder in Texas Lew Olsen.We live in WI.


The puppy here is BIS,RBIS,Grand CH.Blackwood Wild Card CD CGC.

Hey there. Okay, thanks alot. Hopefully she'll get back to me fairly quickly with either good news or a recommendation for someone else. And I definitely WILL stick around, this seems like a great forum.


By the way, earlier today I looked at the better business bureau's website, and found 4 complaints about the breeder I asked you about!

She could be at a show this weekend.So don't give up if you don't hear from her right away.


You should look into getting your deposit back.It would not hurt to ask.

Yeah, I sure WANT a quick reply, but I'll be ready for it to take a while!

I'm sure you know how it is waiting for a puppy! Yeah, my husband and I talked about asking for our deposit back, and I'm sure with what I've heard so far the answer will be no, but you're right, asking sure won't hurt.

Tell her something came up ,as to where you won't be able to get a puppy for abit(maybe years) and that she has been so nice and you will come back to her.You know sugar coat it and it just might work.


I know how it is waiting for puppies.Awfull.

YEAH it's awful waiting! That's a good idea, tell her maybe we had to move unexpectedly or something, and will have to wait a long while. ha! That would be funny if she was on the forum and saw us planning to lie to her!

I'm actually in the Phoenix area, but I would go to California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Texas. Anywhere within a day or so of driving.

The breeder you got your puppy fromhas only two dog that were ever OFA'd in all the litters produced.


They might produce some good dogs but what about healthy ones?
