Hello,

I am new to this forum and new to owning a Rott. I got him from the local pound he was 2 years old when I got him and un-nuetered. Needless to say he was a handful when I first got him. I have since got him nuetered and his temperent has greatly improved. However, my greatest concern rightnow is his eyes. I am trying to find out if it is common with Rotts. Every morning and through out the day he accumilates massive amounts of eye pus. I dont know if I should be concerned and take him to the vet or ifthis is normal trait of Rotts. Thank you.

Blu and Dallas get them too, we just have the eye cleaning rounds twice a day.(me walking in circle trying to wipe their eyes) I think Blu injoys seeing me walk him in circles.

Thank you everyone. I will be sure to post some pics of my new baby who no matter how old he gets will always be my puppy. I am glad to know it is normal beacuse he already has had a few health problems since I have had him. But that doesnt stop him from loving to go on walks/runs and ride in the car. Sometimes I cant get him out of the car.
