These rules were put into place in order to maintain a friendly and comfortable atmosphere, where we can all learn and share. They werenot created to police and scrutinize each and every post. Please also pay attention to the rules pertaining to post structure and signatures. Again, these rules werenot created to be difficult or to scrutinize, but to insure posts caneasily be read and found, without annoying animations, ads, or hard to read fonts.

General Rules:

Each member is allowed only one login account: Registering multiple accounts, sharing your password with others, or logging in under someone else's account is not allowed. All members and accounts involved in the such will bebanned from the sitewithout notice.
Post content:postsshould be clearly understood and readible. Any post that ourstaff cannot easily readdo to language or errors will be deleted with or without notice. All posts should be written in proper English only.
Post in the right forum: All posts must be posted under their appropriate topic. Forum Administrators and Moderators may move posts that belong under another topic.
Usedescriptive Subjects: This will keep the forums organized, so others can easily find what they are looking for.Forum Administrators and Moderators may change the Subject Title of your posts.
Stay on Topic: Please keep replies related to the subject of the original post. This will help others find what they want to read. Posts not related to the original subject will be deleted, with or without warning.
Respect the privacy of others: Do not post other's email addresses, phone numbers, names, home addresses, pictures, personal thoughts, etc., without their permission.
NO Personal Attacks: Criticize ideas, not people. Flaming will not be tolerated. This includes any material which is vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, or violates any laws.
NO Trolling: Don't post just to annoy people, or to start arguments.
NO Advertising: This forum is not free advertising space. We do not allow people to post threads or to send private messages or emails to members here that advertise or solicit any products or services. Explicit advertising in signatures is also prohibited.
NO Spamming: No commercial posts or flooding the forum with useless content. This includes using the forum email, Private Message system, and chatto spam other members.
DO NOTcreate posts that are sexual in nature or that violate our community standards. This includes suggestive images, graphics, and comments. Administrators and Moderators shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.
DO NOTcreate meaningless posts or threads , one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such. Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is also not allowed.
NO Cap Locks: Please do not post messages with the subject or post all in capital letters, or your message will be deleted. Words all in capitals are not only annoying, but are read 50% slower than normal writing. Also, oversized font sizesand messagesall in bold are not allowed. Fonts in posts should be easy to read and tasteful.
Debates and discussions are fine and healthy, but we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks, or purposeless inflammatory posts. This also includes chat.
Discussion of illegal activities, such as software and music piracy, and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.
Post responsibility: You remain solely responsible for the content of your posts, private messages, and chat.
We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.
We also reserve the right to ban anyone who willfully violates the forum rules.
While these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.

Forum Signatures:

Advertising in forum signatures is not allowed.
A link and/or promotional text for a personal website that is not commercial and does not contain product(s) and/or service(s) is allowed, provided the site does not violate our community standards.
Images in signatures are not allowed.
Oversized font sizes and/or more than four lines in signatures are not allowed.

Posting Pictures:

All pictures should be posted under the topics "Pictures of Your Rottweilers" or “Pictures of Anything”.
Pictures must be tasteful is size and content. Please don't post oversized pictures.

Avatars must not exceed 64x64 pixels.
Ads or animated avatarsnot allowed.
