I'm very sorry to hear that your dog has so many health problems that you acquired from Jasper Ranch. One word of warning....if the kennel /breeder that you plan on buying a puppy from (any breed) has the name FARM or RANCH in it ....run the other way! This is a huge red flag!!!

Not sharing pictures of your pup, or being allowed to see where you puppy was living or raised is another big red flag. Guarantee's from unethical breeders are not worth the paper they are printed on. Of course they don't want to give you money back...they want you to exchange your pup. Who would give back their pup that they have loved and raised back? Who would want another crappy bred pup from the same breeder?? The crap breeders are counting on that.

Puppy buyers really have to get educated on what an ethical breeders is...and start making enquires even before they contact the breeder. Forums like this are good places to start. Looking up the sire and dams registered names or the AKC number on OFA www.ofa.org is where you can find out what health certs have been done. They must be complete....hips, elbows, eyes, heart and DNA testing also. Breeder must do something with their dogs....show in conformation, obedience titles, working titles , or sport titles....something anything bedsides breed. Who were the sire and dam of your pup??

That's interesting to hear about the "ranch" or "farm" piece. I've never heard that before. A lot of those red flags (& a few more that I left out in favor of brevity) presented themselves after paying the deposit & I'll admit, we were excited - which of course helps a person negate those kinds of things. Once the problems started to hit, I was probably most surprised by the lack of bad reviews & related content online about the breeder. They're #1 Rottweiler breeder on a dog website right now! Oh, you better believe I've emailed that website.
When all was said & done, outside of the ranch/farm piece, I feel like I made a relatively well informed decision when choosing the breeder at the time. It was just all down hill after that.
I do also want to say that we love our Rottweiler & he gets the best care & treatment. It really breaks our hearts to know that he will live the rest of his life in pain.
