.Some people put to much pressure on their dogs to do good.I teach them that we are just playing and they always have a great time no matter if they are showing, doing Obed and now Agility.
well i am glad that you dont pressure your rotties because they work best if they enjoy it. my friend has a rott and they stopped because he did not want to do it.
I was supose to go and pick up her ashes on Fri,but I still can't do it.
It's like really final then.I know its not really her just her body, and she is free of pain running at the bridge with the rest of the dogs waiting for me.
I have met Donnas Jorge,,,this was quite a few years ago and I just wanted to say thatthis dog totally blew me away,,he was one of the sweetest ,most obedient dogs I have ever seen. I remember seeing Al walking Jorge and the other dog Thor,,no leashes and these dogs wouldnt budge from his side, untl he told them it was ok
that is really good i mean my dog listens to me but we are going to classes to work on it better to be able to do this with her but i know it will take a while.
I really don't like walking my dogs off leash any more. They are dogs first and for most.A cat, squirel,or rabbit running out in fron of your dog could make it run out in front of a car.I use to walk then off leash but not I don't even train off leash.
Sorry to hear about Zelda. My wife and I just lost our first "baby" Sam. Its amazing how much they bring to your life. Tank is starting to adjust now also.
