Ok, This is the third time Max has rolled in some other dog or cats poop. I think it might be a cat or a little dog. Why does he do this? What can I do to stop him from doing it? thanks all!!

Rotty, he's puttingHIS sent on what ever he is rolling in .... he's showing whoever has pooped there that it is HIS territory ....

I don't think that there is anything you can do about it ..... isn't your yard fence in? ewwwwww it's cat poo

Right they roll in it so they can show the pack what they find.He's just letting you know whats out and about.You can stop him if you are standing next to him before he starts to roll other wise he's just going to keep rolling in great smelling stuff.

Yes my back yard and front yard are both fenced. I have another small patch of grass on the outside of the fence, way down past where I park my pickup. I was pulling weeds out there and I always bring him out with me. I told him not to do that again but I don't think it's going to matter what I say LOL.
