Ha...I'm not the only one.

Out of the kitchen, which is off limit's to both dog's. We use the normal commands sit, down, wait, outside, come, heel, shake, pull, release, take it, finish, leave it, off, go get it, no,...and so on.
Some off the wall nick's... knucklehaed...numbnutz....CoCo butt...CoCo nut...or baby girl. 99% of the time I'm good with keeping my commands correct, consistent and up beat/positive.

It's truly amazing how much they understand! A few days ago I came home from a shopping trip. Rainah was in the backyard so I called out to her, "I bought you something!" and she came running to sniff the shopping bags!

There is a skit that was on Saturday Night Live called "Dog Show" (sorta silly) and I clap in the rhythm of how Will Farrell plays the drum in that skit and when I do that our dogs know it's time to go potty outside. They all come running.
