Not trying to be a know it all but that collar is not meant to be worn all the time. It also should be worn up by the ears and very tight. We learned this from a very very good trainer. It had our boys walking perfectly after one tug and one lesson.

No worries…thank you! I’m not sure what we were doing back then, but it comes off as soon as she comes inside now. We do have it up high when we are working with her, she responds very well.
